Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card will be required to hold your reservation. You may apply a credit card to your account through our online booking program or over the phone at the time of booking. You may cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time without penalty. For any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a 50% of your appointment price. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within one hour or less, you will be charged 100% of the appointment price. Treatment time is not extended for late arrivals.  If you have an online voucher or gift certificate and do not provide a 24-hour cancellation notice your voucher or gift certificate will be redeemed for cancelled appointment.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will not have appointment times extended. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointments. If you are running late to your appointment, please contact Whitney prior to your appointment start time.

Code of Ethics

Massage sessions are strictly non-sexual. Any suggestive statements or actions will result in immediate termination of the session wherein the client pays the full cost of the session. Law enforcement will be notified if deemed appropriate.

Refund Policy 

All sales (gift certificates, series packages or prepaid massage services) are final and non-refundable. However, they are transferable and maybe gifted to another person.
